Ryan Scarberry writes music. He also writes stories to go along with it. He does this with an acoustic guitar. Sometimes a piano. Whatever the case, something good is bound to happen. Scarberry brings a sound of his own to the table while leaving room for something that feels familiar. Spinning tunes that invite you to pull up a chair and listen for a bit. There’s something in them that is reminiscent of home - wherever that may be. After all, it’s a sound homespun from the kitchen. And homespun is good. You just don’t get too much of that kind of stuff now-a-days.
